EDMOND SANTA FE WOLVES

Coach: TERRY EVANS

2024-25 Record: 10-14

OUTLOOK

The first season of a new era is underway at Edmond Santa Fe, where head coach Terry Evans has taken the reins of the Wolves program. Coming off a ten-win campaign, Santa Fe is determined to climb the Class 6A ladder with a roster built around one of the most electric point guards in the state and an impressive collection of size and length on the wings.

Senior guard Money Robinson (6-0) is the headliner. A point guard with blazing speed, Robinson averaged 12 points per game last season and has already earned a reputation as one of the toughest covers in Oklahoma. He changes gears with ease, gets downhill whenever he wants and applies constant pressure on opposing ball handlers on the defensive end. When the Wolves need a bucket or a big stop, the ball and the responsibility will be in his hands.

Around him, Santa Fe boasts rare size on the perimeter. Senior JoJo Baba (6-6) brings a combination of length, skill and experience that makes him a matchup problem at either forward spot. Dewayne McKinney (6-5, Jr.) adds even more length and bounce, giving Evans multiple options to attack the rim, control the glass and switch defensively across positions. Both have the talent to play at a top one hundred level and will be counted on heavily at both ends.

The future of the program is bright as well. Sophomore standouts T J Newton (6-3) and Joshua Baba (6-4) already rank among the best in their class, each bringing a mix of size and guard skills that fits the modern game. Freshman guard Jace Lugrand (6-3) has also turned heads, quickly earning a reputation as one of the premier first year players in the state with his confidence and scoring ability. As they gain varsity experience, that young trio will form the core of Santa Fe basketball moving forward.

Evans is known for demanding tough, smart and unselfish basketball, and this group appears well suited to that approach.
