CHRISTIAN HERITAGE LADY CRUSADERS
Coach: LISA LITTLEJIM
2024-25 Record: 19-8
OUTLOOK
Ashlynne Hale (5-9, Sr.) is the type of guard every coach would love to have on their roster. Last season Hale averaged 13.3 points a game and has started at point guard since her freshman season.
“Ashlynne, a three-year starter, will lead us this season. We will build around her offensively with a slew of younger players who are eager and able to fill roles on both ends of the court. We come in a little more experienced this year, but still expect some growing pains as we continue to develop a higher basketball IQ. These girls work hard and enjoy each other, which is a recipe for success. We are looking forward to seeing just how good we can become,” coach LittleJim said.
If it’s post play you like, then check out Cam Hands (5-9, Jr.). Hands averaged 6.4 rebounds a game as a sophomore. Grabbing rebounds has become second nature for the junior. Also look for forward Finley Edelen (5-7, So.) to be a factor in the paint this season.
Other sophomores expected to make an impact include Clarity Cargill (5-5), Livvy Grace Nuthman (5-7), Katie Steger (5-6), Elizabeth Swinford (5-6), Sophia Thomas (5-6), and Lennon Baker (5-5).
As players mature into their roles and Hale continues to produce at a high level, Christian Heritage will be a tough team to beat this season.
