9 Questions with Livia Davis, Midwest City Softball – Presented by Rib Crib 

VYPE: Livia, when did you start playing softball and what grade are you in now? 

Livia Davis: I started playing softball in the first grade, when I was 5 or 6. I am now in the 10th grade. 

VYPE: What do you love most about your team and teammates at MWC? 

LD: I love that they are always laughing. We are always able to laugh with one another and joke around. We work hard but we always have fun while doing it. 

VYPE: Where does your strong work ethic come from? 

LD: I would say it comes from my parents. They’ve always taught me that you have to work hard to get what you want. 

VYPE: What are some of the positives you have seen from the team this season? 

LD: We have grown a lot and our hitting has improved. 

VYPE: Which teammate always ends the game with the dirtiest uniform? 

LD: I would have to say Addy Scott or Natalie Wilson. 

VYPE: Who has made an impact in your life, on or off the field? 

LD: My dad. He has always supported me and works with me whenever I need help. My mom is the person who has impacted me the most off the field, she’s my best friend and I look up to her a lot. 

VYPE: How do you like to spend your free time? 

LD: I really like to read, and I like to watch movies. 

VYPE: What makes MWC a great place for you as a student-athlete? 

LD: The support of the staff and coaches. 

VYPE: What are your plans for life after high school? LD: I hope to play college softball and become a medical surgical travel nurse.
