NORMAN NORTH VOLLEYBALL
Coach: KATIE PACE
As the 2025 season gets underway, head coach Katie Pace has spent much of the summer workouts and practice focused on the culture she is trying to build at NNHS. A culture that develops leaders on and off the court.
“This year at Norman North, we are heavily focused on our program culture and leadership at all levels. We want to create a competitive and engaging culture at Norman North that sets a high standard of discipline, responsibility, and connectedness and continually pushes that standard. The varsity team has a lot of fire and is ready to showcase why Norman North is a force to be reckoned with,” said coach Pace.
Once again, the Lady Wolves face a tough schedule, but they do return several starters and a lot of experience to the court. Kelsey Foster is a great all-around athlete and someone who puts in every ounce of effort she has on the court. With a big swing on the outside, Foster is versatile enough to set and play defense.
The same can be said for Avery Hamilton, an aggressive player and excellent setter who brings a very high volleyball IQ to the court. Hamilton leads by example and pushes her teammates while being a positive influence on the court.
Olivia Waller or “Liv” is an OH/OPP with an incredibly fast swing and lots of power. Someone who is all-in, Liv is an underclassman to watch this season and someone who can help this team win now.
One of the natural born leaders on the team is Addy Schier. Schier will step up and do whatever it takes to help her team and the program. The type of athlete every coach wants on their team, Schier is another piece of the puzzle for Norman North this season.
