VYPE: Anthony, what makes being a Westmoore Jaguar special for you?
Anthony Norris: I love how much we’ve grown together and that we all have chemistry not only on the field but off football.
VYPE: Growing up, who did you like or follow? Maybe someone you emulated your game after?
AN: If I had to pick someone it would probably be Julio Jones because he was the first player I grew up watching and as a kid I always wanted to be just like him.
VYPE: What positions are you playing this season and what do you love most about it?
AN: I play wide receiver and defensive back. What I love most is that wide receivers are the most exciting players on the field and have the most potential to make game changing plays. What I love most about DB is that it’s the hardest position in football and all the pressure is on you at all times.
VYPE: Moving to the classroom, what is your favorite subject and who is your favorite teacher?
AN: My favorite subject in school is history and my favorite teachers are Mrs. Griffin from my 8th grade year and Mrs. Chatham from my 1st grade year.
VYPE: Is there a game on the schedule or a team you love to compete against?
AN: Moore High School.
VYPE: What would you like to do after you graduate?
AN: After I graduate high school, I want to play college football.
VYPE: Who is the comedian on the team this season?
AN: That’s Braylon, a ninth grader.
VYPE: What would you like to be doing ten years from now?
AN: Ten years from now I would like to be playing in the NFL.
