Westmoore’s Sophie Kuhlman

VYPE: Sophie, what grade are you in and what position do you play for Westmoore?

Sophie Kuhlman: I’m a junior and I pitch.

VYPE: What do you love most about your team and teammates at Westmoore?

SK: I love when we come together and play for each other.

VYPE: When did you first start playing softball?

SK: I started playing when I was four years old.

VYPE: Who inspires you? Explain.

SK: My mom inspires me to keep pushing even when things get hard.

VYPE: What are your expectations for the season?

SK: I hope we can all come together and make it to state this year!

VYPE: Favorite subject in school and favorite teacher from any grade?

SK: My favorite subject was American Sign Language. I had Ms. Norvell, and I loved her she was a great teacher.

VYPE: What other clubs or groups do you belong to at school?

SK: I am in National Honor Society.

VYPE: What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

SK: I love to spend time with family and friends.

VYPE: What would you like to do after you graduate?

SK: I would like to go play college softball and study to become a nurse.
