CROSSINGS CHRISTIAN KNIGHTS
Coach: JACON STEPHENSON
5-5
OFFENSE
It will be an interesting season for the Knights as head coach Jacob Stephenson faces a roster that graduation hit hard. The players that do remain on the roster have bought in to the scheme and coach Stephenson expects them to compete and play hard again this season. “The Knights are turning over a new leaf for the 2025 season after graduating a big senior class. The coaches will look to new senior leaders like Holden Manchester, Jackson Schneberger and Drake Manuel to lead the charge on both sides of the ball. Exciting juniors Wyatt Dalton and James Graham will also be aiming to build on their success from the defensive side of the ball last year,” said coach Stephenson. Two starters are back on offense including the aforementioned Holden Manchester (6-0, 230, Sr.) and Jackson Schneberger (6-3, 225, Sr.). Manchester is a VYPE Top 100 selectee and is expected to handle the running duties behind guys like Schneberger who returns to the offensive line. A pair of wide receivers look to make big contributions this season. They are Drake Manuel (5-11, 175, Sr.) and Wyatt Dalton (6-4, 190, Jr.). Both players have good hands and will be important pieces of the offensive puzzle for the Knights.
DEFENSE
Manchester is more than just a starter; he is the leader of the team and someone the coaching staff can depend on. A two-way starter, Manchester will play linebacker again this season where he is a menace for opposing running back and quarterbacks. Manchester isn’t the only player going both ways for the Knights. Schneberger will play on the defensive line, while Manuel and Dalton will start in the secondary. James Graham (5-11, 195, Jr.) will join Manchester at linebacker giving the Knights a two-punch combo, with great vision of the field and quick reaction times. The coaching staff includes Chad Enloe, Travis Wike, Diego Zavarce, Josh Fields, and Nick Farmer.
