9 Questions with Softball Player Addison Scott – Presented by Benjamin Osenga – Allstate

VYPE: Addison, when did you start playing softball?

Addison Scott: I started playing when I was four and I knew it was the game for me when I played my first game.

VYPE: What have you seen from the team so far this season that you like?

AS: I see lots of improvement and hard work every day from everyone, and I see people gaining more and more confidence in themselves.

VYPE: Where does your strong work ethic come from?

AS: My work ethic definitely comes from my parents because they have taught me so much in life and will continue to push me until I reach my goals in life.

VYPE: Why is Midwest City HS a great place for student-athletes?

AS: Midwest City is a great place because the coaches put lots of time into making sure we have good grades, and they encourage us to reach our full potential.

VYPE: You obviously love your teammates, what is it about them that stands out to you?

AS: I love how we all joke around with each other but still do our jobs on and off the field. I love how we stay positive during games, even if it’s not going our way.

VYPE: What’s your dream scenario for this season?

AS: My dream scenario would have to be us winning state for the first time in a long time.

VYPE: When you have some down time, how do you like to spend it?

AS: I like to watch something on Netflix, or watch softball, and tennis on television or YouTube.

VYPE: Who has inspired you the most?

AS: My Grandma because she does so much for me, and I can talk to her about anything. She has supported me throughout my entire life.

VYPE: What is your plan for life after high school?

AS: My plan is to go to college and study to be a nurse because I just love helping people.
