OUTLOOK

The Tecumseh Lady Savages begin the season with a roster full of new faces and developing underclass talent. Head coach Eldon Gentry prepares for a year focused on growth improvement and laying the foundation for future success.

“The Lady Savages will look different this upcoming year with a lot of new faces taking over the majority of playing time. While things will be different, they are excited about the chance the players will have to prove they are worthy of the exposure. Tecumseh looks to be a team that will only improve as the season goes along with players gaining more experience,” coach Gentry said.

Seniors Cadence Leba and Sadie Winlock supply leadership and stability. They understand the demands of varsity basketball and help maintain composure during high pressure moments. Post player Aviah Dodgion (So.) emerges as a rising interior threat with size skill and significant long-term potential.

Atley Hill (Jr.) embodies the program values with consistent effort and positive leadership. Her presence elevates the team focus and work ethic. Younger players throughout the rotation will be relied upon to contribute early gaining experience that will strengthen the program moving forward. Also look for Jaylie Anderson (Jr.) and Chandler Bryant (Jr.) to make impacts this season as they look for more minutes on the court.

Other players to watch include Livia Fourhorns (Jr.), Lillie Tracey (So.), Addyson Walker (So.), and Caleigh Lewis (So.). Tecumseh expects to grow throughout the season and build momentum as their young core matures.
