Destin Edwards: Getting to hang out with my friends and grow closer to God.
VYPE: What grade are you in and what position do you play?
DE: 11th grade and I play point guard.
VYPE: Who has been a big influence in your life? Explain.
DE: My dad, he put in so much time to get me to where I am now, and I wouldn’t be the person I am today without him.
VYPE: What’s your favorite subject in school and do you have a favorite teacher?
DE: Favorite subject is Math, and my favorite teacher is Mrs. Vaughn.
VYPE: Which teammate always impresses you the most or do you have a former teammate who left an impression on you?
DE: Collin Bond – he thought me how to lead a team the right way.

DE: I would like to play college basketball if given the right opportunity.

DE: Hanging out with my friends and girlfriend and play video games.
VYPE: What is the toughest gym to play in on the road?
DE: Toughest place to play is Millwood HS.
VYPE: What part of your game is most improved this season?
DE: I’ve improved my scoring.
VYPE: Who is the greatest basketball player of all-time?
DE: Michael Jordan.
