2024-25 Record: 28-3

OUTLOOK

Several players return to the lineup for coach Eric Smith including two players on the VYPE Top 100 watch list.

“We return three starters from a state semifinal team, we add a few young players that are really going to help us,” coach Smith said.

Danika Pendley (5-10, Sr.) is back at forward after averaging 11.4 points and 5.7 rebounds per game last season. With a strong inside presence and excellent leadership skills, Pendley has solidified her place as one of the top players in the class. The same can be said for Skylar Anderson (5-9, Sr.) at guard. Anderson accounted for 11.7 points, 3.9 assists, 3.8 steals and 3.0 rebounds per game. Anderson brings size and athleticism to the guard position making her a tough matchup for most opponents.

Kynlee Bullard (5-11, Jr.) is a versatile player who is comfortable at guard or forward. Bullard averaged 6.3 points, 3.4 rebounds and 2.0 assists as a sophomore. Her ability to play opposite Pendley allows the offense to open up in the paint when teams double down low.

Also look for Khloe Jones (5-6, Jr.) at guard and Peyton Bays (5-6, So.) at guard. The pair of guards are focused on helping this team win and gain more experience that will help this team in post season play. Bays has tremendous shooting range and defensive skills. Other players to watch include Shelby Haysmer (5-5, Fr.), Daley Lang (5-6, Sr.), and Addison Hill (5-5, Fr.). Hill is an exciting incoming freshman who could make a big impact in her first season of varsity play.

Lang is a lifer at Dale HS and a two-sport student-athlete. Lang is the ultimate team player and someone who brings leadership on and off the court.
