DEER CREEK LADY ANTLERS
Coach: HOPE HEINEN
2024-25 Record: 13-8
OUTLOOK
When opponents see Deer Creek on the schedule, they immediately know a couple of truths. First, they expect an opponent who will play hard and compete for every point. Second, stopping Adriana Radinovic is a task the entire team must adopt.

Radinovic (6-3, Jr.) is a VYPE Top 100 selectee and a player who brings DI talent to the court for DCHS. As a sophomore, she averaged 17 points and 10 rebounds a game. Her efforts and talent have caught the eye of college recruiters, and she currently has offers to play at the next level. Radinovic is a force at forward, while Darien Johnson (5-5, Jr.) runs the point and Laney Gonzales (5-8, Jr.) is a shooting guard. The trio creates all sorts of problems for opponents on both ends of the court.
Add some leadership from Caylea Brown (5-4, Sr.) and the hybrid guard/forward player in Jaz Menifee (5-9, Jr.) and you have a formula for success. Newcomer Paityn Jones (5-7, Fr.) has the Antler faithful excited to see what she can do at the varsity level. Her emergence as a combo guard gives coach Heinen endless amounts of lineup options.
Also look for Kynlee Woodard (5-8, So.) at shooting guard, I’mauni Carter (5-7, Fr.) at combo guard and Chaynie Stoner (5-6, So.) at guard. Other players to watch include Amelia McGee (5-9, Jr.), Barritt Lord (5-7, Fr.), Eliana Ross (6-0, Fr.), and Emmi Ruotsalainen (5-3, Jr.).
